I'll say Eric Abetz too and Bob Gordon as well they both have to be up there
While Eric and Bob are just evil and a threat to mankind, I think the biggest Krap should be awarded to Paul Lennon He is charged with running a state in the interests of its citizens, protecting their well-being - yet he is actively involved in stripping state assets, destroying environment, disposessing the community of their land and poisoning the populace. He greases the wheels for the corporate wagon. Abetz, Gordon, Gray, Gay are just the donkeys that pull it.
For me it's a toss up between John Gay, Robin Gray, Paul Lennon, Lara Giddings and Eric Abetz.
Hmmmm... perhaps I will give it to Mr. Personality Plus which has to be that nasal nitwit Abetz.
